This vacation home offers lakefront living during the summer with a beach and dock. ATV trails and the Appalachian trails are nearby if you want some adventure. In the winter, renters can snowmobile from the house directly onto the Maine Snowmobile Trail System. The home has three bedrooms(1 on the main level and 2 on the lower level), a full bathroom upstairs with a washer and dryer. There’s a half bath on the lower level. There is an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave. The living room, connects to the back deck that looks out onto the large backyard and the lake. The front farmers porch is a great place to relax and read. A paddle boat and two kayaks are available to renters. Off to the side of the house is a fire pit area for evening s’mores. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer @ 175.00/day with a 7 day minimum. There’s great shopping in Greenville which is 15 minutes away. Monson is a great place to relax without the traffic and commotion of other populated lake spots. The road is a dead end so a minimal amount of road traffic and lots of onsite parking.
